LOCATION: THE GREAT HALL, KNUST, KUMASI
The Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, (KNUST) is located in Kumasi , the capital city of the Ashanti Region of Ghana, is the Garden State and, Cultural Center of West Africa. KNUST will transform its dynamic campus into a first class residential complex for the conference.

MISSION : To provide an intellectual forum to debate Nkrumah's socio-political philosophy and action that changed the political landscape of Africa , as his geo-political paradigm altered the balance of power in global diplomacy.
PURPOSE: To Salute Ghana's first President, Osagyefo Dr. Kwame Nkrumah for his outstanding leadership qualities and role in the struggle for independence of Ghana/Africa and Global Peace; in commemoration of Ghana's Golden Jubilee of Nationhood.

EXPECTATIONS :
Participants will journey through provocative intellectual tourism by visiting Nkrumah's political sphere of reality. Authors, scholars and persons with prior and personal contact with Nkrumah will lead the presentations.
Participants will witness a lifetime experience of exotic culture and historical destinations in Ghana . Participants will observe existing colonial edifices, from where millions of innocent lives were once packaged in dungeons and shipped across the Atlantic for enslavement.
Participants will share the elegance of African Royalty by interacting with some of Ghana 's Queens and Kings. You are cordially invited to Ghana : the Land of Gold . |
